Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our patients. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service to patients
- Assist patients with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Provide empathetic and personalized service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Verifiable college degree or higher
