Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-tier support via phone, email, and online for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older)
- 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools
