Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Telephone Support: Provide professional, caring, and responsive telephone support to our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and logging all interactions in our ticketing system.
  • E-mail & Chat Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring all questions and issues are addressed, and customer information and resolutions are properly documented in our ticketing system.
  • Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, staying up-to-date with supported products, developing problem-solving abilities, and enhancing your verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communication: Share feedback, trends, and suggestions with your supervisor or department manager, and provide procedural advice and assistance to your colleagues.
  • Support Coworkers: Collaborate with your team to maintain positive working relationships with support clients, and contribute to a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Ensure all support functions are performed within the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures, maintaining departmental productivity standards and accuracy in our ticketing system.

Required Education and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
