Job Summary
As an Experienced Life Insurance Agent - Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, carriers, and uplines, while generating new business and growing your sales revenue. This is a 1099 commission-only position, offering a unique opportunity for self-motivated individuals to earn a competitive income and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Responsibilities
* Call prospects to schedule appointments and present quotes to clients
- Prepare quotes with upline and carriers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Assist clients with the application process, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Consult openly and honestly with mentors and leaders, seeking guidance and feedback to improve performance
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients, carriers, and uplines, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Follow applications through to approval, working closely with both the client and the carriers to ensure seamless processing
- Attend daily/weekly conference calls and meetings with mentors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Learn and implement our proven sales system for maximum profitability, continuously improving sales techniques and strategies
Key Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and moral compass, with a commitment to doing the right thing even when no one is looking
- Willingness to grow both personally and professionally, embracing new challenges and opportunities
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a State Approved Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one
