Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
* Demonstrating exceptional soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customer needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite connections)
* A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
* A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years of age
* A quiet, secure workspace that's free from distractions
* A valid address in Mississippi (if you live in another state, please search for the same opportunity under the state-specific requisition)
* At least one year of customer service experience
* A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* The ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability, including evenings and weekends
