Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

• Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel itineraries
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution

Essential Qualifications:
