Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our claims management systems

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
