Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing contact lists, and addressing various client needs as they arise. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google apps, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing contact lists and updating client information as needed
  • Addressing various client needs as they arise, including resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track client interactions and service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using Google apps, such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
  • English proficiency at the C1 level
  • Must have your own device and headset
  • High-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
