Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting our customers: You'll work on the frontline of our business, handling support calls, chat, and emails from our users.
  • Resolving customer issues: You'll resolve complex issues with active listening and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborating with the team: You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and deliver a top-notch customer experience.
  • Improving processes: You'll identify pain points in Customer Support and drive changes to improve the customer experience.
  • Advocating for customers: You'll advocate for customers from within the organization and drive changes that can improve their experience.

Qualifications

* Motivated by our mission: You're passionate about empowering others and passionate about the customer experience.

  • 1-2 years in customer support: You have experience in a customer support role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer experience: You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations: You have knowledge of banking regulations and payment processes, with a plus for compliance experience.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally: You can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and globally.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays: You're available to work on some weekends and holidays when needed.
