Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail.
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy.
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful.
- Appropriately communicating with customers to resolve their concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Upselling if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps. + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and quiet workspace.
