Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of customers are being met
- Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day
- Provide exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of customers are being met
Role Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
