Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

- Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring prompt responses
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including customer service related information and account details
- Providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner

- Making outgoing customer service calls to resolve customer issues and provide support
- Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met

- Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Providing customer support and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Combining excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Essential Qualifications
