Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing 24/7/365 customer support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
