Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our existing and potential clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for innovative technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network.
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule known four weeks in advance.
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods.
While experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience, and customer service experience are desirable, we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
