Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and benefits
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
