Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, utilizing your analytical skills to identify the best course of action.
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions that meet client needs, while minimizing operating loss.
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
