Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
