Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk (Remote Typist). This is a part-time, work-from-home position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our team remotely. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our company's database systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness prior to database entry, and collaborating effectively with team members for precise data management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

- Conducting regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborating effectively with team members for precise data management.
- Assisting with additional clerical tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a data entry role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- The ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Experience in accounts payable processing is advantageous.

Work Schedule
