Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data entry systems and processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Providing exceptional client service and support to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
  • Identifying and addressing data quality issues and implementing process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and business partners
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the financial services industry

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, data analysis, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, finance, and business principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with experience working with large datasets
  • A strong understanding of data quality principles and practices, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • A strong understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
