Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. Your primary function will be to assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues related to their policies, including coverage, billing, and policy modifications. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company, develop your skills, and advance your career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies

  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues related to their policies
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
  • Utilize system tools to search for answers and information to resolve customer inquiries
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers' concerns and issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not required for remote work)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
