What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative 2, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Handling customer inquiries through phone and email while maintaining quality metrics, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  • Participating in training sessions and applying knowledge to enhance service delivery, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Using data analytics to identify call trends and report findings, helping us to improve our services and better meet customer needs.
  • Escalating critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary, ensuring that every customer concern is addressed promptly and professionally.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1 year of contact center or related customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • US Citizenship.
