Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail at Seattle Airport (SEA). Your key responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related issues. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless airport operations and customer satisfaction. Work Environment and Schedule As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, with varying shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority.
