What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind and resolve their concerns
- Maintaining open communication with managers and colleagues to receive feedback and improve performance
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Who You Are
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (previous experience in these areas has been successful in this role)
- Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
