Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Representative, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience on our platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing issues related to orders, payments, returns, and account management promptly and professionally.
  • Problem Resolution: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of arenaflex products, policies, and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately log chat interactions and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep records up-to-date for team efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines for quality assurance, including meeting response times, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors, contributing to team goals and providing feedback on processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and convey customer feedback to management to aid in improving our chat support processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computer systems and software applications, particularly CRM tools, and chat support platforms.
