Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for handling phone, chat, and email inquiries from our clients and tenants. You'll serve as the first point of contact for any questions, concerns, or issues they may have, and you'll work closely with our team to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting

  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
