Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Insurance Sales and Support

Our entrepreneurial environment is home to a talented team of approximately 28 individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're now seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time remote Customer Service Representative.

The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work one-on-one with customers to explain the features of our insurance products, answer their questions, and resolve any concerns they may have. This is not a call center environment, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers
- Preparing well-written responses to customers
- Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
Other Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Excellent communication and reasoning skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to adjust work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
- Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a plus
- Must be based in the US
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Insurance license or certification
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
