Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional support to our fans and customers. Your expertise in social media marketing and customer support will help us deliver seamless experiences and drive engagement across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more

• Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement social media marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions
• Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms
• Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of the industry

Fitness Account Liaison

* Track DMG's connections to various fitness applications, including Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms

• Develop innovative approaches to support DMG's releases with wellness partners, considering the unique characteristics and demographics of each platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approvals for all branded efforts
• Analyze campaign results and use data to inform future marketing strategies

Advanced Showcasing Drives

* Develop and execute creative initiatives to support projects in a timely manner

• Analyze DMG's voice data to identify opportunities for incremental growth through voice requests and measured results
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute social and advanced marketing campaigns for digital music support

Digital Broadcast Conveyance

* Work with internal DMG groups to ensure appropriate materials are delivered through the digital recording inventory network with TWDC Stage Circulation Operations

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute social and advanced marketing campaigns for digital music support

Skills and Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry

• Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners
• Passion for music and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Willingness to learn proprietary software as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other programs
• Bachelor's degree required
