Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is confident and experienced in providing exceptional customer service through tele chat and live chat. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to Customer Inquiries:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through tele chat and live chat channels, ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues. -

Troubleshoot Technical Issues:

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions to customers in a timely manner and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution. -

Log and Document Customer Interactions:

Accurately log and document customer interactions and technical resolutions, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. -

Proactively Escalate Complex Issues:

Proactively escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need to succeed. -

Stay Up-to-Date on Company Products and Services:

Continuously stay up-to-date on company products, services, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. -

Maintain Customer Satisfaction:

Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, and by continuously seeking ways to improve customer support processes and procedures. -

Collaborate with Other Departments:

Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and procedures, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech support environment. -

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers. -

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and accurate solutions. -

Typing Skills:

Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. -

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in commonly used customer service applications and software, including live chat and tele chat systems. -

Personal Attributes:

Highly customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service, ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong time management skills and ability to multitask, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, positive and professional attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes, and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
