Job Summary

As a Sr. Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various information indexes, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business choices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, presenting results to a wide range of audiences, and guiding less ranking staff. Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various information indexes, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business choices

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant experiences and suggestions to the board
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to the board and other senior stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics

• Five (3) years work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
