As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to digitally transform operations and deliver outcomes for clients through data and intelligent automation. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, you will be responsible for accurately entering data in our QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your principal responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
  • Identifying document types based on provided documentation
  • Reviewing and verifying entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements
  • Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
  • Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
  • Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
  • Working until all tasks are completed for the day
  • Performing other basic office duties as assigned

Hourly Pay and Available Schedule

* $12 per hour

  • Part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
  • Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.

  • Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
  • Must be able to read and speak English
  • WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
  • KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy

This is a remote position for candidates based out of WI, MN, IA, and TX.
