Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
