The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, addressing product-related questions, shipping issues, order status updates, and other customer concerns

  • Provide accurate and timely product information, including pricing, availability, and features
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Fluency in English (speech and writing)
  • Fast and confident typing skills (approximate typing speed of 40 WPM or higher)
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and related products
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
