Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our guidelines and rules. This will involve:

• Monitoring and moderating chat conversations to identify and address potential issues
• Deleting messages that violate our community standards
• Banning users who repeatedly disregard our rules
• Muting users who engage in behavior that disrupts the community
• Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our community members

Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate chat conversations to maintain a positive and respectful environment

• Enforce community guidelines and rules to ensure a safe and inclusive space
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement community policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support to community members
• Investigate and address reports of potential rule violations
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and user interactions

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation a plus
