Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Work-At-Home team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Delta Air Lines passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting passengers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and making changes to travel itineraries, ensuring that their travel plans are seamless and stress-free.
  • Handling inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other travel-related information, providing accurate and up-to-date information to our customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with customer service software.
