Work Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our assessment tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining assessment tools, including data and business information systems
- Conducting research and providing input on business requirements for various applications
- Collaborating with colleagues, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including user guides, requirements, and business cases
- Analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Working with developers, designers, and other technical teams to implement changes and improvements
- Participating in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Providing 24/7 support for critical issues and tasks
Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex IT infrastructure, applications, and updates
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist or Business Analyst in a software development or data analysis role
- Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and software development principles
- Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and DevOps tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration
- Experience working with arenaflex's cloud data platforms and DevOps tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Experience working with data storytelling and data visualization tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
