Job Summary

As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pharmacy customers, responding to their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You'll work in a fast-paced, inbound customer contact center environment, using your technical expertise and communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, using your technical expertise and communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Use your technical expertise to research and interpret company procedures and policies, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including our pharmacy services and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your technical expertise and customer service skills.

Essential Qualifications

* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance.

  • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center experience is highly desired, with a focus on excellence in service delivery.

  • Bilingual Spanish.

Education

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
