The Commercial team at H1 plays a crucial role in creating that future. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a RVP, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic enterprise relationships across our Medical, Clinical, and Commercial SaaS offerings.
You’ll operate as both a player-coach and business leader, owning revenue outcomes, developing talent, and refining our enterprise go-to-market motion.
You will:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships- Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen GTM execution- Build and execute account strategies that deepen penetration within complex enterprise customers- Establish repeatable sales processes that scale in a high-growth environment- Maintain and grow executive-level relationships with key customers- Hire, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent
ABOUT YOU
You’re a results-driven sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to balance strategy with execution. You bring a strong track record of building and leading teams that win new business while expanding existing accounts.
You’re equally comfortable closing deals, coaching reps, and operating in ambiguity.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including time in high-growth or startup environments- 3+ years of experience leading and developing quota-carrying sales teams- Proven track record of exceeding ($2M-$8M) revenue targets across new business and expansion- Experience selling into life sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, medtech, or CROs) strongly preferred- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
COMPENSATION
This role pays $180,000 to $210,000 base salary per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options.
