Physician Recruiter – Contract
Job Description:
- Identify physicians across multiple specialties using advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews to assess clinical understanding, 'webside manner,' and technical proficiency for virtual care.
- Collaborate and advise hiring managers on how to make informed selection decisions
- Independently advise and influence partners (e.g. candidates, hiring managers) on the candidate market and recruiting processes
- Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and finalizing employment terms
- Analyze candidate pipeline history and pass through rates to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years of experience in Physician Recruitment.
- 5+ years of experience building relationships and engaging with hiring managers and candidates
- 5+ years of experience using sourcing tools to identify a diverse set of candidates
- Understanding of multi-state licensing and the nuances of 1099 vs. W2 clinical employment
