Microsoft 365 Data Annotation Specialist | $30/hr Remote
Position: Microsoft 365 Specialist Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $20 - $30/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
- Evaluate and annotate model outputs and artifacts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and improve processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt iterations and evaluation workflows.
- Analyze data labeling trends and provide actionable feedback for model improvement.
- Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
- Strong experience using Microsoft 365 applications across multiple tools.
- Proven experience in data labeling, prompt engineering, or evaluation workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills in assessing digital artifacts and structured outputs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy, quality assurance, and validation processes.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
