Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team, providing administrative support and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing inbound data, reconciling physical receipts, and analyzing reports to identify missing tickets. You'll also be working closely with our producers to input and validate payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities

* Process inbound data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

  • Provide clerical support and payroll support to our producers
  • Support daily entry of receiving data into our database
  • Reconcile physical receipt of tickets against database
  • Analyze reports to identify missing tickets
  • Save electronic tickets to specified folders
  • Input and/or validate producer payroll data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively with producers and other stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve problems or issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably using the 10-key method

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
