Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in client relationship development, digital marketing, and account management. As a Full Stack Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Development: + Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative marketing assessments and tailored solutions to drive business growth and revenue expansion. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing proactive support to meet their needs. + Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex services, increasing revenue and client satisfaction.

  • Crusade Oversight:

+ Screen and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize results. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign objectives and revenue projections. + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client campaign performance, presenting recommendations to improve ROI.

  • Functional Greatness:

+ Stay up-to-date on all arenaflex products and services, providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams. + Contribute to new business development and service expansion, driving growth and innovation. + Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. + Participate in web calls, maintaining exceptional communication skills and building strong relationships with clients. + Provide meticulous attention to detail and reliability, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional experience in a consultative account management, client-facing, or sales role.

  • Proven track record in client relationship development, digital marketing, and account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience working with large marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to hold high-level, strategic conversations with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management, client-facing roles, or sales.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
