Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
- Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Providing expert-level support in a conversational manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive business outcomes
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 2.5 WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Previous customer service experience (in-person or remote)
- Effective completion of onboarding training
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
