What You'll Be Doing:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts. This may involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through product features and troubleshooting common problems
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries

  • Troubleshoot common issues and guide customers through product features and functionality

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
