Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance. You will work closely with our Help Desk technicians to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support. This is a permanent opportunity with flexible hours, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat

  • Open and submit requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and provide timely support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred

  • No prior experience required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
