Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support to resolve their queries, issues, and concerns. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolving complex customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Providing product and service information, recommendations, and promotions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
