Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Operators to join our team at arenaflex. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers through live chat, email, and other digital channels
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers
- Convert conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Iowa (IA)
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with live chat software and other digital communication tools
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Gaming experience, with a strong understanding of online communities and customer engagement strategies
