Experienced Customer Operations Advisor – Remote Customer Support Specialist

Your Role
As a Customer Operations Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for any questions, problems, feedback, or compliments, and you'll work closely with our Financial Crime team to identify and investigate potential issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, social media, and in-app chat
- Proactively identifying patterns in customer frustrations and hopes to inform process improvements
- Working closely with our Financial Crime team to investigate and resolve potential issues
- Dealing with tricky payments-related queries and escalating customer feedback to our product team
- Supporting other members of the Customer Support team and mentoring new joiners
- Expanding your knowledge in various areas of the COps team, including social media and Financial Crime
