Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent service and resolve their inquiries - Answer questions about product details, pricing, and availability, ensuring customers have a seamless experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Perform accurate data entry across multiple platforms, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail

Qualifications:

- Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent - Pass a skill assessment and background check to ensure you meet our high standards - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of providing excellent service - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams - Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively - Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace, with a headset or headphones with a microphone attachment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

Note:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. Onboarding will guide you through the role, but approval for the role is contingent upon passing the skill assessment and background check. Once approved, you'll choose a client, undergo their specific training, and start earning on a flexible schedule you design. We're here Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm CT, for any assistance you need.
