Experience:

Junior customer support specialists with a strong interest in client relations and service excellence

Skills:

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment + Proficiency in customer support tools and software (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems) + Familiarity with best practices in customer service + Some initial industry experience in customer support is preferred
