Job Overview
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems, email, and online platforms
* Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and grow with the team
* Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and resolve issues
Qualifications
* No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to be a team player
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, with experience a plus
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
